| Hello! I found one of your bottles this weekend. The code that goes with it is: xxxx I was on holiday for a long weekend to the island Ameland in the north of Holland. It is one of the 'Wadden'islands. The sea between the shore and these 'Wadden' islands go dry whenever the tide is low. You can walk there then. I didn't do that by the way, I just went by ferry. We went to Ameland because my boyfriends brother is in a band who was performing there on the island. (More information about this band can be found on www.muziekcafewinsum.nl . The band is called 'bluesdealers'.) On friday my boyfriend and I were running down the beach when he saw a glass winebottle on the beach. He picked it up to check for a note, but there wasn't any. When we ran further I noticed the small plastic bottle. It didn't seem like something special but when I looked closer I saw that it did contain a note. So I picked it up and while running further I managed to get the dollarbill and the note out. I was really suprised and excited about the note. I must say I was a slight bit dissapointed when I found out that te bottle didn't travel all the way across the Atlantic or someting exciting like that, but still, I like the initiative. So this is how I found the bottle. Now someting about me: my name is Rikste, I am 27 years old. I have a boyfriend, his name is Arjan. We live in Groningen. We've been together for nine years and this summer we will be married. I am a teacher at a primary school. That's all I think. If you want to find out more, you can e-mail me of course.
